Get active and out

Getting out and moving your body can help you feel a tiny bit better, and it’s a great way to spend time together. It’s also really important for children. It can help to remember that the person who has died would want you to be enjoying life and all it has to offer. Here’s some cheap, and fun ideas.

  • Learn to juggle
  • Fly a kite
  • Stroll to the park with a football for a quick kick around, or just go to the swings
  • Feed the ducks
  • Walk to the library and take out your favourite book.
